Consignment Information
Consignment deadline is September 2, 2008. Sale is limited to 115 head of small equine, including registered and non registered ponies of all breeds and miniature horses.  Miniature donkeys will also be accepted.  If you have a question about consigning an animal please call Harold or Leah and ask...we will be happy to help you!

SELLERS may pay for "slots" at any time prior to the sale deadline but must have paperwork for consigned animals mailed in no later than September 2nd.  No "slots" will be held without full payment of consignment fee. 
Consignment fee is non refundable.

Please include with your consignment form a copy of pony's registration papers (if applicable), a photo (or photo may be emailed to Leah at
Lmequine@peoplescom.net).  The photo will be used to advertise your animal and will be used in the online sale catalog.

BRING to the sale your animal's original registration papers, signed transfer, breeders certificate for bred mares, original coggins paper and health certificate.  Coggins must be current (within 12 months of sale date for in state horses and within 6 months for out of state horses) and health certificate must be within 30 days of sale day. 
Foals that are not weaned and will be selling with their dam do not have to have a seperate coggins test but MUST be listed on the health certificate. Seller will also need to provide an useable halter and lead with each animal sold.  All animals will be led through the ring by the seller or an agent for the seller.  No loose animals will be ran through the sale ring. If you need help getting your animal into the sale ring pleae let us know in advance so we can find someone to help you.

Consigment fee is $35 and is NON REFUNDABLE
Sales commission is 8% of final bid.  Alley trades must go through the sales office and will be subject to an 8% sales commission.
No sale fee is $10. All no sales MUST be announced in the sale ring before your animal leaves the ring.

SELLERS will be paid within 7 banking days of sale date. 

BUYERS must have a bidder's number.  Current mailing address and photo ID required for bidder's number.

Payment by cash, check or Visa or Mastercard.  A 3% buyers premium will be charged.  The buyers premium will be discounted for all purchases made with cash or check. 
"Hot" checks will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law!
